Mediation and dispute resolution are important processes in environmental law that often produce successful and enduring outcomes and I am proud of my record in this area. Although litigation has a role, I encourage clients to engage in out of court settlements where this is in their best interests.
FAST TRACK CONSENTING
With recent experience chairing an expert panel under the the Fast Track legislation, I am familiar with consenting projects using the fast track processes.

I enjoy working with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the best results for clients. I also frequently work with instructing solicitors to augment and support the advice that they provide to their clients or to assist with advocacy.
COST-CONSCIOUS
Legal advice can be expensive as it is often time consuming. My hourly rate is very competitive and I am happy to provide estimates. As an experienced practitioner with a wealth of knowledge in this area of the law, I am efficient and effective with a clear focus on value.
